The Underground Harbour in Hogwarts Legacy is not too hard to find once you know where to look. It's hidden beneath the Hogwarts castle, near the Viaduct. To get there, you need to navigate through the castle's dungeons. Keep an eye out for a large, open area on your map that seems a bit out of place compared to the surrounding dungeon corridors. That's your clue you're going the right way!
The underground harbour? Literally just wander around the lower levels of Hogwarts, can't miss it. It's not like it's Narnia.
