In Slime Rancher 2, you'll find the upgrade station inside your home base, the Conservatory. Just head to the Fabricator; it's located beneath the house, so be sure to explore the basement area.

Go to the basement in the hub area, you'll find the Fabricator there. It's basically the upgrade station you're looking for.
