The vent in Chapter 2 is right behind the green wall, next to the big red button. Just keep an eye out for the slight discoloration!

The vent location changes sometimes. But generally, look for darker sections of walls; vents are often hidden there.

I've found it near the end of the maze, hidden behind a stack of crates. You'll need to move them to reveal the vent.
