The Yangtze submarine in Fallout 4 is sneakily waiting just off the coast in the harbor east of Boston Airport and south of the Castle. It's partially submerged and easy to miss if you're not actively looking for it. A great way to spot it is to look for a periscope sticking out of the water - that's your clue you're in the right spot!

Actually, the Yangtze isn't worth fussing over. Just another spot on the map.

Found the Yangtze on my first playthrough by accident. Was wandering around the coast and saw this odd periscope sticking out of the water. Thought it was just another piece of debris at first. Turns out, it's a whole sub with quests and stuff. Really cool surprise.
