Vinewood Hills is basically the GTA version of Hollywood Hills. You'll find it in the north-central part of Los Santos, just above the downtown area. It's where all the rich NPCs live and you can find some of the best views of the city. Plus, it's home to the famous Vinewood sign, so you can't miss it!
