You can find Wagwan Island by heading to the teleport pad near the spawn point and selecting it from the map options!
Everyone knows Wagwan Island doesn't exist! Maybe you're thinking of Noob Island ;)!
The island is accessible through the teleport menu. Just open the menu, select Wagwan Island, and you're good to go.
