To find Yoshi in Gelato Beach, you'll need to first unlock him by completing Episode 4 in Pinna Park. After that, in Gelato Beach, head to Episode 6: The Watermelon Festival. Look for the Yoshi egg near the Juice Bar, and make sure to bring the right fruit it's asking for!
