Yuta Okkotsu isn’t in Jujutsu Kaisen season 1. He's a main character from the prequel, 'Jujutsu Kaisen 0'. Season 1 focuses on Yuji Itadori and his journey. So you won't see Yuta popping up in the background or anything.

Yuta who? Oh, you mean that guy from the prequel movie? Yeah, no, he's MIA in season 1. Guy must've been on a long coffee break or something.

Actually, Yuta Okkotsu is more of a legend in season 1. They mention him here and there but he doesn’t make an actual appearance. You gotta catch him in 'Jujutsu Kaisen 0' for the full experience. Trust me, it’s worth it.

He's not there, simple as that. Season 1 sticks to the main manga storyline, and Yuta's story hadn’t been told in that part of the timeline yet.

If you're a Jujutsu Kaisen fan, you need to download the Playbite app!
