Hot Wheels started its journey in the toy world back in 1968, and they were originally made in the United States. Over the years, production has expanded globally, including countries like Malaysia, Thailand, and China. Each location contributes to producing those awesome little cars we've grown to love, keeping the quality and thrill alive!

I think it's all China, but I could be wrong. Didn't they move everything there?

Actually, my uncle worked in one of the factories in Malaysia. He said the attention to detail in each Hot Wheel car is insane! So yeah, Malaysia contributes a big part to Hot Wheels production.

They're mostly made in Thailand and Malaysia now. But back in the day, all those cool cars started in the USA.

If love Hot Wheels, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Several of those prizes are trending Hot Wheels, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
