You can buy a telescope from the Promotions R Us store. It's in the town map, just look for the icon with the shopping bag!

Head to the home store, tap on the 'Hobby and Career Items' tab, and you'll find telescopes there!

Why do you need a telescope when you can just stargaze IRL? But if you insist, check Promotions R Us in your town map.
