Just fly over to Hogsmeade village in the game. That's where you can buy brooms. Easy peasy.

Honestly, just make sure you have enough Galleons. Brooms aren't cheap, and you'll find them in Hogsmeade. But they're worth every Galleon for the speed and the views!
