Buying Ballistic Fiber? Just join a high-level friend and loot military spots. Way more fun and free!
If you're grinding for Ballistic Fiber, don't just stick to buying it. Military installations are your best friend for scavenging Ballistic Fiber. Camp McClintock, Fort Defiance, and the National Isolated Radio Array usually have Military Ammo Bags and Military Grade Duct Tape. Trust me, looting these is way more satisfying than just buying them.
Ain't nobody got Caps for that. Just hit up the Brotherhood of Steel vendors or do events for a chance at Ballistic Fiber rewards. Better spend those Caps on something else, like sweet C.A.M.P. decorations or saving up for those nifty cosmetics.
