You can't directly buy Ephemeras in Warframe, but you can get them by farming specific bosses or completing special challenges. Sometimes you'll find them as rewards in Nightwave missions too!

My fellow Tenno, Ephemeras are typically drops from elite enemies or rewards for completing high-level challenges. For example, you can get Smoking Body Ephemera from the Stalker, or Blazing Step from Arbitration missions. Happy hunting!
Just want to keep it simple: farm bosses and do Nightwave missions. That's where Ephemeras drop.
Pro tip from a veteran: check trade chat! Some players might be willing to sell their Ephemeras for Platinum if you've got the creds.
