To get your hands on the Gauss Minigun in Fallout 76, you gotta prove your worth to the Raiders. Head over to the Crater and cozy up with them until you hit Ally rank. Once you've earned their trust, you can buy the plans for the Gauss Minigun from Mortimer at the Raiders’ settlement for some hard-earned Gold Bullion. Remember to start saving up those Caps and Bullion, because quality firepower doesn't come cheap!
Just hit Ally with the Raiders and buy it from Mortimer with Gold Bullion. Simple as that.
