You can snag the Power Armor Station plans by completing the 'Miner Miracles' quest in the game. Just head over to the Garrahan Mining Headquarters to kick things off. Also, if exploring's your thing, you can sometimes find these plans at vendor bots across different train stations in the game, especially look out for the one at the Whitespring Resort.

Who buys plans? Just do quests and get them for the thrill of the hunt! 'Miner Miracles' is your go-to quest for the Power Armor Station plans. Nothing beats the feeling of earning it.

You don't need to buy it if you don't wanna. Just finish the 'Miner Miracles' quest and the Power Armor Station plans are all yours. Way more satisfying than just buying them, IMO.
