You can snag RadAway pretty much anywhere in the Commonwealth if you're lucky, but for guaranteed stock, hit up any vendor who deals with medical supplies. Doctor Sun in Diamond City is a solid bet, and so are the various traveling merchants like Trashcan Carla. Don't forget, you can also score RadAway from some medical stations in buildings or as loot from enemies.
