Check the vendors at the White House and the Base of Operations in Washington D.C. They often have some great blueprints for sale.
I personally found some of the best blueprints at the Dark Zone vendors. It鈥檚 risky, but totally worth it!
Honestly, just grind control points at level 4. You'll get some epic blueprints as rewards and feel awesome doing it!
