To switch up your paraglider in Tears of the Kingdom, you'll want to visit the Paraglider Artisan's workshop - a nifty place located in the floating islands above Hyrule. Just make sure you've got enough Rupees, because quality craftsmanship doesn't come free in Hyrule!
