To export cars in GTA San Andreas, head on over to Easter Basin Docks in San Fierro. Look for the ship with a crane next to it - that's your spot. There's a list posted on the side of the ship detailing which cars you need to bring in. It's not just a one-time thing; there are three lists in total, so keep checking back as you progress in the game.

There's a chalkboard with cars listed that you gotta find and deliver. More cars, more lists, more money. Happy hunting!
