In Slime Rancher, to get royal jelly, you need to place an apiary in the Moss Blanket or the Ancient Ruins. Those areas have a higher chance of giving you royal jelly after a few harvest cycles. Happy ranching!

I've had luck with royal jelly by setting up advanced apiaries in the Moss Blanket. Just keep harvesting, and it'll show up eventually!
