The easiest way to get your hands on a Lamborghini, or as it's known in GTA 5, the Pegassi Vacca, is to swing by Michael's house. The affluent neighborhoods are your best bet. If all else fails, just spawn it with a cheat if you're not playing online!
I found mine parked outside a mansion in Vinewood Hills during one of my late-night gaming binges. Totally worth the stealth approach to swipe it. Felt like a real heist!
