Just cruise around East Los Santos, especially near The Pig Pen. The Remington likes to hang out there a lot. No need for fancy tricks or specific times, just keep an eye out as you drive around!

All these elaborate searches, lol. Just steal any car and drive around Los Santos. You'll bump into a Remington sooner or later. It's GTA; cars find you, not the other way around.
