From my time in the Starfield universe, I've found that checking out black market vendors on remote planets is a goldmine for advanced weaponry. Just be prepared to negotiate!

Just craft them yourself. That's usually better than buying.
You'll want to keep an eye on high-level missions, especially those offered by factions. The baddies there tend to drop some sweet gear! Also, don't forget to explore and loot those abandoned space stations – you never know what treasures lie dormant!
Try looting the highest level enemies. They often have advanced weapons.
