One's almost always chilling near the school entrance. Check there, but don't forget to look behind the hospital too!
Hey there! You can find the first snowman near the main entrance in the town square. Another one hangs out by the playground. Just rebuilt them when you spot them!
Honestly, just wander around and you'll find them eventually. They're scattered in pretty obvious places.
