I found my Arsox by accident while exploring the eastern part of the Molten Caves. Wasn't even looking for it, but there it was, just strutting around like it owned the place. So, maybe try your luck wandering around there?
Just look near any big ol' lava pit. Arsox can't resist the heat, apparently.
