You can find Avichaea in the Cambion Drift on Deimos. They're usually hanging out near the Undulatum and Catabolic Gutter areas. Happy hunting, Tenno!

Honestly, Avichaea are a pain to find. I've spent hours in Cambion Drift. Use the Tranq Rifle and some patience, you'll need it.
