Gonna be real, just play the game. The trucks pop up randomly, no real science to it. Just enjoy cruising around and you'll bump into one sooner or later.

Looking for bank trucks in GTA 5? You'll often spot them spawning around the Pacific Standard Public Deposit Bank in downtown Los Santos. Another hot spot is outside the Fleeca branches across the map. Don't forget to keep an eye out around the Vinewood area too, they tend to roam around there. Happy hunting!
