Barbara can be found chillin' in El Quebrados, which is a small town in the desert. She's actually a cop, so look for the sheriff's station there. If you're up for some romance, that's your go-to spot in the game. Just stroll into the town, and you'll spot her around there, typically from 16:00 to 06:00. Don't forget to bring your best charm!
