You can find Heart Beets (the game's beetroot equivalent) in the Dry Reef, usually around the Indigo Quarry entrance. Happy farming!
Just head to the Indigo Quarry and look around. Heart Beets are there if you search near the rocky areas.
Pro tip: In the Indigo Quarry, Heart Beets are often right next to Slime spawns. Keep an eye on those sneaky slimes!
