Check out the Business Management minigame. Some of the best employees show up as you progress through it, and you can hire real powerhouses there.

You can find some of the best employees at the Hello Work office in Ijincho! Pro tip: Don't forget to check out the Substories and the various restaurants and bars in the city. You never know who you'll bump into that might be a valuable recruit!

Just hire Eri Kamataki early on. She鈥檚 a total MVP and will carry you through a lot of the game's challenges. Trust me on this one.

Nah, just level up the ones you get from Hello Work. They're already strong enough if you train them right.

...you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

This includes gift cards from all your favorite brands, like Amazon, Starbucks, Apple, Roblox, and many, many more!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
