Where to Find Billy in Fallout 4
Billy Peabody, the kid stuck in a fridge, is a unique and somewhat funny quest you'll stumble upon in Fallout 4. You can find him just south of University Point, locked in a fridge along the road. Just follow the gunfire and cries for help - can't miss it! If you're keen on rescuing a kid from a 200-year-old fridge and fighting off some gunners, this is the quest for you.

Definitely check south of University Point for Billy. I found him by accident when I was just wandering around, trying to avoid a Deathclaw. The quest that follows is pretty rewarding and, I gotta say, adds a nice touch to the game's apocalyptic charm.
