Blood Eagles, eh? Just follow the sound of chaos and destruction. They love hanging out in the more dangerous parts of the map. Check the Ash Heap or Savage Divide, and you're likely to bump into them. Or they'll bump into you, more like.

Don't bother. Blood Eagles are trouble. But if you must, Ash Heap is where I always run into them. Watch your back.

Actually, I stumbled upon a group of them while wandering through the Savage Divide. It was intense! They're not the friendliest folks in Fallout 76, but if you're looking to find them, Savage Divide's your best bet. Good luck, you'll need it!

Blood Eagles can be found terrorizing the wastes of Appalachia in various spots, but they're particularly fond of making their nests around the Ash Heap region. Also, keep an eye out for their camps in the Savage Divide. Basically, if it looks like a place you wouldn't want to vacation, check there for Blood Eagles.
