Brahmin can basically be found all over the map in Fallout 76, but they love hanging out near farms and grassy areas. Check around the Flatwoods area, lots of them there grazing and doing their cow thing. It's like a Brahmin paradise.

You wanna find Brahmin in Fallout 76? Just follow your nose, haha! Seriously though, head over to locations with lots of agriculture. Flatwoods is your best bet, but don't forget about the area around Silva Homestead too. Happy hunting!

Pro tip: If you're looking for Brahmin for, uh, 'resource extraction' purposes, building your camp near their spawns can be super handy. Saves you the trip every time you need some 'materials'.
