Just build one! If you've gotten a bit into the game, you can actually craft your own chemistry station in any settlement you're in charge of. Just go into the workshop mode, select 'Crafting,' and you should see the chemistry station there. You'll need some common components, but it's worth it to have your own.
TBH, Red Rocket Truck Stop is my go-to for a quick chem fix. There's a station right inside. Easy access and close to Sanctuary.
No need to find one, just make it lol. Seriously, all you need is some junk and you're golden.
