You can find coordinates in Subnautica by pressing F1 on your keyboard (PC) to bring up the debug menu. Coordinates will be displayed under 'Camera world pos'.

On PC, press F1 to open the debug screen, where you'll see your current coordinates. For consoles, unfortunately, there's no built-in feature to view coordinates directly.
