Look near thermal vents on the seabed in the Crystal Caves biome. Diamonds are often hiding around those areas.

You can find diamonds in Subnautica Below Zero in the Deep Twisty Bridges biome, sometimes in the Arctic Spires. Just look for prawn suit fragments and you'll stumble upon them!
