You can find duct tape in supply crates scattered around the island and in some of the abandoned campsites. Don't forget to loot every corner!
Hot take: Do you really need duct tape when you could just, you know, avoid getting into sticky situations? Maybe focus on survival skills instead!
I found plenty of duct tape while scavenging the plane wreckage and around cave entrances. Definitely worth a look there!
