You wanna snag an Elegy in GTA San Andreas? Head over to San Fierro. It usually spawns around the Easter Basin area, especially near the Doherty garage where you stash your rides. If it's not there, keep circling the block or reload the game to refresh the spawn. Good luck, racer!

If ur looking for the Elegy, patience is key. I had to cycle the area around Doherty garage like 5 times before one showed up. Trust me, it's worth the hassle for that sweet ride.
