Enzymes can be found in the ticket tent for 1 ticket each too, but that can be a bit pricy if you're saving tickets!
Honestly, just grind by completing quests and exploring the fields. You'll get enzymes as drops along the way.
I got most of my enzymes from memory matches, especially the ones in the pro shop and mountain top shop. Luck can play a big part.
