Actually, just buy it from vendors if you're not into scavenging. Saves time, and yeah, it might hit your caps, but time is caps, right?
If you're on a fiberglass hunt in Fallout 76, hit up locations with a ton of junk items like Camp McClintock or the White Springs Resort. These spots are littered with abandoned clipboards and cigarette cartons, which are basically fiberglass goldmines. Don't forget to loot all the desk fans you can find; they're also a great source of fiberglass!
