Helena can be found in Blueberry, a small town in Red County. She's chilling at the shooting range, waiting for you to show off your marksmanship skills. Just look for the Ammu-Nation there, and you'll spot her on the balcony of the nearby farmhouse. Don't forget, she's only around from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 02:00, so time your visit right!
