Helicopters are scattered all over San Andreas! For starters, check the Los Santos International Airport, there's usually a Maverick in one of the hangars. If you're feeling adventurous, sneak into the Easter Basin Naval Base in San Fierro; you'll find a Sea Sparrow by the docks. Oh, and don't forget the Las Venturas rooftop helipads, especially the one on the Emerald Isle casino. Happy flying but watch out for those five stars!

Honestly, stealing helicopters is half the fun. Just barge into a military base like you own the place, dodge a few bullets, and bam, new helicopter. Pro tip: bring lots of ammo.

Just go to any big airport, and you're set. Los Santos, Las Venturas... they all got choppers waiting for someone to take 'em for a spin. Easy peasy.
