Just head to the military base if you're feeling brave. But remember, it's easier to wait until you unlock it properly after 'Vertical Bird'. Less drama with the army, ya know?
Ah, the quest for the mighty Hydra! You'll find this beast on the roof of the Sweet's house after you complete the mission 'Vertical Bird'. Before that, it also spawns at the military base, but you gotta have the guts (and the stealth) to sneak in there!
