I lost mine once. Go to Settings on Instagram, find Security, then Two-Factor Authentication, and you鈥檒l see Backup Codes. Lifesaver!
You can find your Instagram backup codes by going to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication > Additional Methods > Backup Codes. Save them somewhere safe!
