You can find Kanto Pokémon during special in-game events, usually themed around the original 151 Pokémon. Keep an eye on the event announcements!

Niantic often releases Kanto Pokémon during Community Days. Check the official Pokémon GO blog for upcoming events.

Just play the game regularly and use lures and incense. They appear randomly, but some biomes are more likely to have certain types!

If you have friends who also play, trade with them! That might be the easiest way to fill up those Kanto gaps in your Pokédex.

Look for Kanto Pokémon in specific habitats during events, like parks for Grass-types or downtown areas for Normal-types. Schedule those walks!

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
