Knotgrass Sprig is a bit tricky to spot, but your best bet is to roam around the outskirts of the Forbidden Forest or the grassy areas near Hogsmeade. Remember, these plants love the outskirts, so keep your eyes peeled there. Don’t give up if you don’t find it right away, it’s there!
