To get the Mantis Armor, you'll have to follow a quest called 'The Mantis.' You can start this quest by finding a note labeled 'Secret Outpost!' on a Spacer's body – known loot from spacers. Once you read it, you'll find coordinates to the Denebola I-b system. Good luck!
