Pro tip: Try the Wrecks in the Grassy Plateaus and the Safe Shallows. Plenty of fragments there!

Look in the Grassy Plateaus near the wrecks. Trust me, I spent hours searching!

Check out the Mushroom Forest too. They've got fragments hiding around the base of the trees.
