To run into some mutated baddies in Fallout 76, you'll wanna check out areas hit hard by nukes, like the Cranberry Bog or The Mire. These hotspots are crawling with all sorts of radiated horrors. Also, keep an eye out during events, especially the Scorchbeast Queen fight, for a hefty dose of mutation madness. Happy hunting!

If you're on the lookout for mutated enemies in Fallout 76, don't forget to explore the Ash Heap region. I stumbled upon some mean mutated mole miners there. Plus, any high-level zone or nuke site basically rolls out the red carpet for these freaks.

Just go where the radiation is. Seriously, any nuked area is like a party for mutated creatures. No invite needed, just show up and fight.

Honestly, just play the game. You'll bump into them eventually, especially if you're doing quests or wandering in the wild. Finding mutated enemies in Fallout 76 is as easy as tripping over a log...which, FYI, also happens a lot.
