Based on personal experience, make sure you select the Kid Stuff trait at the beginning. Once that's done, head over to their place in New Atlantis for a cozy reunion!
You gotta select that Kid Stuff trait when you start the game. Then, you'll find your parents chilling in New Atlantis. Trust me, it's worth it.
If you chose the Kid Stuff trait during character creation, you can visit your parents at their apartment in New Atlantis! They love a good chat.
